Fitness and health are two words that have been synonymous for decades. People who are fit tend to be in good health, and people who are in good health are usually fit. Here are some tips to help you achieve optimal fitness and health:

1. Eat right. This means eating lots of fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats. The more colorful your diet is, the healthier it is. These will not only make you gain weight but they will also add toxins to your body.

5. Maintain a healthy weight. Your weight is closely related to your health. When you’re overweight, it puts extra pressure on your heart and lungs. It also makes it harder for you to move around. On the other hand, if you’re underweight, it increases your risk of developing many diseases. So maintain a healthy weight by eating a balanced diet and exercising regularly.
