1. Walk regularly. You should be able to walk at least one mile in an hour. If you don’t have enough time, try walking for half an hour. Walking will help you get your heart rate up and burn calories. If you don’t have the time to walk, you can use stairs instead. Just make sure that you are taking the stairs two at a time.
2. Do stretching exercises. Stretching exercises help you to prevent injuries and also increase your flexibility. You can do these exercises while watching television or while you are sitting at your desk. You should be able to stretch your legs, arms and neck.

4. Drink plenty of water. Water helps your body to stay hydrated and also helps you to lose weight. Make sure that you drink eight glasses of water every day.
5. Get enough sleep. You should get at least eight hours of sleep every night. Sleep helps your body to repair itself and also gives you time to think about the things you have done during the day.
6. Stay active. You should try to get up from your bed as soon as you wake up in the morning. You should also try to go out for a walk during lunchtime. You should avoid sitting in front of the television for long periods of time.
7. Do yoga. Yoga helps you to relax and also to focus on your breathing. It helps you to improve your concentration.
8. Do meditation. Meditation helps you to calm down and it also helps you to become more focused.
9. Don’t smoke. Smoking causes cancer and heart disease. It also reduces your stamina and it makes it harder for you to exercise.
10. Follow a healthy diet. Eating healthy foods will help you to stay fit.
