You can’t just do one thing and expect to get fit. You have to do all of them. It’s not possible to be fit with just doing cardio, it’s not possible to be fit by only eating healthy foods, it’s not possible to get fit by just going to the gym for a few hours.
To get fit you have to do everything. If you want to lose weight, you have to eat healthy foods, if you want to gain weight you have to eat unhealthy foods, if you want to build muscle mass you have to exercise, if you want to get stronger you have to train your muscles, if you want to get faster you have to practice sprinting, and if you want to be able to run long distances you have to practice running.
In order to get fit you have to do all of these things, but that’s not all. You also have to do these things every day. It’s not enough to do them once in a while, you have to do them everyday. The reason you have to do them everyday is because you are building habits, and habits are what make us successful. Habits are what will keep us going when times are tough, and habits are what will help us get through life.
The most important habit you should develop is the habit of working out. Not just any workout, but a good workout. A good workout means that you should be getting your heart rate up, you should be pushing yourself to the point where you feel like you’re about to pass out, you should be feeling like you’re about to die, and you should be having a good time doing it.
A good workout doesn’t have to last for hours either. You can work out for a few minutes, or you can work out for a few seconds, but you have to work out. You have to push yourself to the point where you’re about to pass out. This is the only way to get fit. You have got to push yourself until you feel like you’re about pass out. If you don’t push yourself, you won’t get fit.
If you want to get fit, you have to push yourself until you feel that you’re about to pass out.
