4. Keep a clean house. The toxins that you accumulate in your house will end up in your body if you do not take proper care of your home. There are certain chemicals that you should avoid in your home. Some of them are pesticides, lead paint, formaldehyde and asbestos. You should also be careful with household cleaning products. They contain chemicals that are harmful to your health.

5. Get enough sleep. You need at least eight hours of sleep each night. When you are sleeping, your body repairs itself and rejuvenates. If you don’t get enough sleep, you will feel tired and fatigued all the time.

6. Exercise regularly. A regular exercise program will help you stay fit and healthy. It will also help you lose weight.

7. Have fun! Enjoying what you are doing is the best way to keep your mind and body healthy.
