* You should also stretch out your back muscles by sitting up straight and raising your arms above your head. Hold them there for five seconds before lowering them back down. You should repeat this ten times. This will help to stretch out your back muscles and help you avoid injury when lifting heavy objects.

* You should stretch out your neck muscles by sitting up straight and reaching forward with both hands. Hold them there for five minutes and then slowly lower them back down.
