3. Drink lots of water. Water is the best way to stay hydrated. Water is the best way of flushing out toxins from your body. If you are dehydrated, then you are more prone to diseases like diabetes and heart disease. Drinking enough water will help you maintain a healthy weight.

4. Eat healthy foods. Foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals are better for you than those that are high in calories. Eat foods that are rich in fiber. Fiber will help you feel full longer and thus prevent overeating.

5. Avoid eating too much junk food. Junk food contains too much saturated fats and sugars. These foods will add to your weight. They also contain too many preservatives that will make you gain more weight.

6. Exercise regularly. Exercise is one of the best ways of keeping fit. Exercising will help you burn fat and build muscle. You should exercise for 30 minutes everyday.

7. Stay away from alcohol and cigarettes. Alcohol and cigarettes will make you gain more weight and cause other health problems. Smoking will also lead to lung cancer.

8. Do not overdo things. Too much of anything is bad. You should try to limit your activities to a moderate level. Excessive exercise can cause injuries to your muscles.

9. Avoid skipping meals. Skipping meals will make you feel tired and hungry. You will end up overeating. This will make you gain more weight.
