Tip #1: Get up earlier than usual. You will find that when you get up earlier, you will be more energized and ready to go. The extra time that you have during the morning will allow you to get more done before work or school. You can also use this time to exercise or do other things that you enjoy.
Tip #2: Make sure that you eat breakfast. If you skip breakfast, then you will be hungry all day long and will not be able to focus on what you need to do. If you do not have time for breakfast, then you should eat something light like an apple or a banana.
Tip #3: Eat lunch at your desk if possible. This will give you an opportunity to get some exercise in while you are working. If you have to take your lunch out, then make sure that it is healthy. It is important to stay focused and avoid distractions.
Tip #4: Set small goals. When you set small goals, you will find that they are easier to achieve. Try setting small goals that you can reach each day. For example, you can set a goal to walk to the end of the hall each day. Once you accomplish this goal, then you can set a new one.
Tip #5: Do not compare yourself to others. There is no reason why you cannot achieve your fitness goals. Instead, focus on yourself and your own progress. You will find that once you start focusing on your own progress, you will find that you are able to achieve more.
Tip #6: Exercise every day. Even if you are only exercising for a few minutes, you will find that it will help you stay focused. You can do this by walking around your office building or even taking the stairs instead of the elevator. You can also walk outside as often as you can.
Tip #7: Have fun. When you exercise, you should always have fun. If you are doing something that you do not enjoy, then you will probably not stick with it for very long. Find something that you enjoy and you will find that you will be able to stick with it longer.
