When you feel thirsty, take a drink.

2. Get a workout buddy – It can be very difficult to get motivated to work out if you are doing it by yourself. Find someone who is willing to do the same thing that you are. This will ensure that you stick to your routine and not give up.

3. Eat breakfast – Most people skip breakfast and end up eating lunch at their desk instead. Don’t do this. Breakfast is important because it gets your metabolism started so that you can burn calories all day long. Eating breakfast also helps to curb hunger and cravings throughout the day.

4. Drink green tea – Green tea is packed full of antioxidants and other nutrients that are good for you. Drinking green tea can help to boost your metabolism and speed up your fat burning abilities.

5. Watch TV – Watching television is a great way to relax and unwind after a hard day. However, many people sit down and watch TV while eating junk food. Instead of eating while watching TV, eat something healthy and watch a show or two together.

6. Make your own snack – It is much easier to eat healthy when you prepare your own snacks. You can make your own trail mix, granola bars, or fruit smoothies. All you need is some fruit, nuts, or seeds, some yogurt, and a blender.

7. Take a walk – Getting outside and walking is a great way to stay fit and healthy. Walking is a great way to get your heart rate up and burn some calories. You can even take a brisk walk during your lunch break.

8. Go to the gym – If you really want to get in shape, you may have to go to the gym. Going to the gym is a great way to get in shape because you are working out regularly and exercising consistently.

9. Take vitamins – Taking vitamins can help to keep your body functioning properly and give you more energy. Vitamins can help you to feel better and function better.
