1. Get enough sleep – You should get at least eight hours of sleep each night. When you don’t get enough sleep, you will not function well and will feel tired all the time. This is one of the main reasons why people are having problems with their weight.

2. Don’t skip breakfast – Skipping breakfast can lead to overeating later in the day. It’s important to eat something before you start your day. This will help you to feel full longer.

10. Get plenty of rest – Getting plenty of rest is very important. If you don’t get enough sleep each night, you won’t be able to function properly.
