5. Get enough rest: This is another way to stay in shape. Sleep well and take naps if you need to. Your body needs sleep to repair itself. If you don’t get enough sleep, you won’t be able to do anything.

6. Exercise when you’re tired: When you exercise, it is best to do it when you’re tired. If you exercise when you’re tired, you’ll be more likely to do it consistently. If you exercise when you aren’t tired, you may only do it once or twice.

7. Keep a positive attitude: Always keep a positive attitude. If you have a negative attitude, it will show in your workouts and your life. Keep a positive attitude and you will see results.
