6. Get a coach. A good personal trainer will help you get started and work with you to reach your goals. They can also help you set realistic goals so that you don’t get discouraged.

7. Get a trainer. If you’re serious about improving your fitness level, you may want to hire a personal trainer. This will give you a great workout and teach you how to eat right to achieve your goals.
