Daily Exercise Routine – How to Get Started

If you want to get fit and stay fit, then you need to do regular exercise. It’s that simple. The problem is that most people don’t do enough exercise, or they don’t do it regularly. In this article I’ll give you some tips on how to get started with your daily exercise routine.

You should start by doing some gentle stretching exercises. This will help you to loosen up and feel more relaxed. You can do these exercises anywhere, as long as you have a comfortable place to sit. Some of these stretches are easy to do while sitting down, and others require you to stand up.

The first thing you should do is stretch out your hands, arms and legs. To do this, simply put your hands on the floor in front of you, and then bend your knees so that your feet are flat on the floor. Next, raise your hands until you can touch your toes with your fingers. Hold this position for 30 seconds, then relax. Do this exercise five times.

Another good exercise is to lie on the floor with your back flat against the ground. Bend your knees, and hold them up in the air with your hands behind your head. Now push your body forward until you can touch your toes. Hold this position for 30 to 60 seconds, then relax. Do five repetitions of this exercise.

The next exercise is called the “cat” position. Lie down on your stomach, and cross your arms under your chest. Raise your shoulders off the ground, and hold them there for 30 seconds. Then relax. Do five repetitions.

Next, do the “chair” position. Get into a chair, and put your feet flat on the floor. Now cross your arms over your chest, and lean back in the chair. Now hold your breath, and count to ten. When you get to ten, exhale slowly, and relax. Do five repetitions.
