1. Drink lots of water – Water is essential for your body. If you drink too little, your body will suffer from dehydration. This is bad for your health because it can lead to dizziness, headaches, and other symptoms. You should drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. If you work out, you should make sure to drink even more water.
2. Take a walk – Walking is an excellent way to get exercise. It’s also a great way to burn calories. You can do this by taking a walk around the block or by walking to the grocery store. Just remember to take breaks every now and then.
3. Do some pushups – Pushups are one of the best exercises for getting a good workout. They are easy to do and you can do them anywhere. All you need is a flat surface and a wall. Just lie down with your hands flat against the wall. Bend your elbows and lower your chest until you touch your knees. Then slowly push yourself back up to the starting position. Do as many as you can in 30 seconds.

Slowly lift your chest off the floor and hold it there for about 10 seconds. Then lower your body back to the starting position. Do this for as many as you can in 60 seconds.
5. Do some crunches – Crunches are an excellent way to get a great workout. All you need is a chair. Lie down on your back with your feet resting on the floor and your arms by your sides. Now bend your elbows and bring your hands toward your hips. Hold this position for as long as you can.
6. Do some jumping jacks – Jumping jacks are another excellent exercise that you should try. All you need is a jump rope. Start by holding the rope in front of your body with both hands. Jump up and down while swinging the rope over your head.
7. Do some pull-ups – Pull-ups are another great exercise. All you need is a bar. Stand facing a bar and grab it with your hands. Hang upside down so that your arms are straight. Then slowly lower yourself until your chin touches the bar. Keep your arms straight and raise yourself back up.
